What goTalentOS is
An evaluated specialist network, not a job board.
What is goTalentOS?
goTalentOS is GoMeasure AI’s specialist network for remote AI work — model evaluation, training data and rubric design, domain-expert review, and AI workflow and automation work.
Every member is measured on the GoMeasure platform before being matched: an adaptive AI interview, a role-specific assessment where the role needs one, and integrity checks. Clients engage people from the network on the strength of that verified profile, not a résumé.
Who is it for?
Three kinds of people. Engineers and builders — software, data, ML and AI engineers, agent and LLM application developers, MLOps and cloud engineers. Domain experts — medicine, law, finance, science, education, language and writing. Operators — workflow, process and product people who can map how work should run with AI in the loop.
There are ten domains and around sixty role types. Explore the open roles to see what each one asks for and what it pays.
What kind of work is it?
Two broad kinds. Building AI — agentic and LLM application development, AI and ML engineering, data and RAG pipelines, cloud and MLOps, evaluation harnesses, AI product management and workflow automation. Improving AI — rating and comparing model responses, writing rubrics and benchmark tasks, red-teaming and safety review, reviewing AI-generated code, domain fact-checking and prompt quality.
If you can help build the software, not only judge its output, this network is for you too. Demand moves quickly, so new role types are added as clients ask for them.
Engagements come in three shapes — hourly (targeted tasks, tracked hours), project (a scoped deliverable with milestones) and full-time (a client hires you after evaluation).
Is goTalentOS an agency, a marketplace or an employer?
None of the three exactly. GoMeasure evaluates you and matches you; each engagement is set up with the client through GoMeasure. For hourly and project work you are an independent contractor. For a full-time placement the client becomes your employer — GoMeasure is not your employer.
Where do I see open roles and pay?
On the roles page. Each role shows the domain, whether it is hourly, project or full-time, the indicative pay range in USD, the skills and experience it asks for, and the full description.
Who can apply
Check this section first if you are outside the usual hiring markets.
Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or over with real, demonstrable expertise in one of our domains. Independent professionals, freelancers, people with a full-time job who want side work, and pre-incorporation builders are all welcome — you do not need a registered company to apply or to be evaluated.
Which countries are eligible?
We accept applications from most countries. Whether we can actually engage and pay you is a separate question, and it depends on where you live — international sanctions and the countries our payment providers serve both limit where money can be sent, and individual client projects are sometimes restricted to particular regions.
We check this per person rather than publishing a list, so if you think it might affect you, ask us before you invest any time — see the next question. We would rather tell you up front than after you have done an interview.
Can I check eligibility and fit by email before any KYC or onboarding?
Yes. Send us your country of residence, the role or roles you have in mind, and a short note on your experience (a link to your work is ideal). We will reply on whether you are eligible and where you are likely to fit.
No identity check, contractor agreement or payment details are needed for that conversation. Those steps only happen once you have been evaluated and matched to paid work.
Do I need to be fluent in English?
The evaluation and most client work are in English, so you need to be comfortable working in it. Roles in the Language, Writing & Audio domain additionally require native or near-native ability in the language of the role.
How much experience do I need?
It depends on the role. Every role page spells out the skills and experience it asks for — some evaluation roles suit strong early-career people, while senior engineering, architecture and review roles expect several years of practice. The evaluation measures the level you actually hold, so apply for the role that matches your real experience rather than the highest-paying one.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. You have one profile; your verified skills can match you to several roles. If you are a fit for a second role you may be asked to take an additional role-specific assessment, but the interview and profile are not repeated.
I am a student / I already have a job. Can I still join?
Yes, provided you have the skills the role asks for. Hourly work is designed to fit around other commitments; you set your availability.
Applying and the evaluation
What actually happens between clicking Join and being matched.
How do I apply?
Register on the GoMeasure platform, upload your résumé, confirm the profile we extract from it (skills, summary, experience), add your location and LinkedIn, and start the AI interview for the role you have chosen. The whole application takes about ten minutes plus the interview.
What does the evaluation involve?
An adaptive AI interview — a live or recorded conversation that picks each next question based on your answers, probes depth and scores what you say against evidence. A role-specific assessment where the role calls for one (skills, cognitive, communication or domain). Integrity checks through TrustOS — identity, liveness and session monitoring — so clients can trust the result.
The output is a verified skill profile: each skill with a proficiency level, the evidence behind it and the date it was measured.
How long does it take?
The interview typically takes 30–45 minutes. A role assessment, where required, usually takes under an hour. Results and next steps normally follow within a few days.
Is there a fee to apply, be evaluated or be matched?
No — never. GoMeasure does not charge specialists to apply, to take the evaluation, to be listed or to be matched. Nobody from GoMeasure will ask you for a payment, and no legitimate goTalentOS process requires one. If someone does, it is not us.
How do I know a message is really from goTalentOS?
Everything official happens on go.gomeasure.ai or comes from an @gomeasure.ai address. We will never ask you for a fee, for your password, for remote access to your machine, or for banking details over chat.
If a message looks off, do not act on it — check with us first.
How should I prepare?
A quiet space, a working camera and microphone, and a government ID for the identity check. Have real examples of your work in mind — the interview rewards specific, first-hand detail over general knowledge. It is adaptive, so there are no trick questions; it simply keeps going deeper on what you know.
When do identity verification and KYC happen?
Identity and liveness checks are part of the interview itself — they prove the person who took the evaluation is the person on the profile. The contractor agreement, tax details and payment setup come later, and only once you have been matched to paid work.
What if I do not pass, or the level is lower than I expected?
You keep your profile and any skills that were verified. Levels are measured, not judged, and a lower-than-hoped level on one role often still fits another — we match you against every role your profile fits, not just the one you applied for.
If you build the skill and want to be measured again, ask us and we will tell you when a re-evaluation makes sense for your profile.
Getting matched and doing the work
How the verified profile turns into engagements.
How does matching work?
Every role sets out the skills it needs and the level it needs them at. Your verified profile is matched against that, so you are put forward on what you have actually demonstrated rather than on how your résumé reads. When work comes up that fits, we contact you with the details and you decide whether to take it.
Being in the network does not guarantee work — it makes you visible for the work that fits you, and it means a client is looking at evidence before they ever speak to you.
What are the three engagement types?
Hourly — targeted tasks with tracked hours; flexible, often part-time. Project — a scoped deliverable with a defined fee and milestones, sometimes as part of a small team. Full-time — a client hires you into their team after evaluation.
How many hours a week?
It varies by project. Hourly engagements are usually part-time and flexible; project work follows the project plan; full-time is a normal working week with the client. Your availability is part of your profile and we match against it.
How are my hours or deliverables tracked?
Hourly work is logged against the tasks you are assigned and approved by the client or the GoMeasure project lead before payment. Project work is tracked against the agreed milestones. The exact method for an engagement — including any tool you are asked to use — is set out before you start.
Is the work remote? Do I need to overlap with a time zone?
All work is remote. Most hourly and project work is asynchronous; where a client needs overlap with a particular time zone, the role listing says so.
Can I keep my current job? Is there exclusivity?
Yes, you can keep your job and take other work. There is no exclusivity to goTalentOS; a specific client engagement may carry its own confidentiality or conflict-of-interest terms, which you see before you accept it.
How soon after the evaluation will I get work?
It depends on demand in your domain and level. Some profiles are matched within days; others wait for the right project. The roles page reflects current demand — roles that are open now are the ones clients are actively filling.
Pay, contracts and tax
Rates, status and how payment works.
How much does it pay?
Each role page shows an indicative range in USD per hour. The rate for a specific engagement is confirmed with you before you start. Project work is quoted as a fixed fee or milestones; full-time placements pay a salary set by the client.
What is my employment status?
For hourly and project work you are an independent contractor — either as an individual or through your own company — under an agreement for the engagement. You are not an employee of GoMeasure. Full-time placements are employment with the client.
How and when am I paid?
Your rate, the payment method, the currency and the payment schedule are agreed in writing before you start an engagement — nothing begins until you have those in front of you. Payment follows approval of your hours or milestones.
We confirm we can actually pay into your country before you begin, so tell us where you are early if you think transfers there may be restricted.
What about taxes?
As a contractor you are responsible for tax in your own country. We provide the payment records you need.
Do I need a registered company to get paid?
No. Individuals can contract directly; if you have a company you can contract through it. The tax and payment details you provide during onboarding determine which applies.
Your profile and your data
What is recorded, who sees it and how long it lasts.
What is in my verified profile?
Your skills, each with a measured proficiency level and the evidence behind it (for example an excerpt from your interview answer), assessment results, integrity status and the date each skill was measured.
Who can see it?
The GoMeasure matching team, and a client only when they are considering you for a specific engagement. Your profile is not public and is not sold or shared beyond that.
Is the interview recorded?
Yes. The interview is recorded, and identity and liveness checks run during the session. That is what makes the result defensible: every score traces back to something you actually said, and a client can trust that the person evaluated is the person on the profile.
Recordings are used for scoring, integrity review and audit — nothing else — and are kept while your profile is active in the network. You can ask for them to be deleted (see below).
Do my verified skills expire?
Every skill carries the date it was measured. Skills that have not been re-measured for a long time carry less weight in matching, so we may invite you to re-verify periodically or when you add new skills.
Can I delete my profile and data?
Yes. Email sales@gomeasure.ai from the address on your profile, asking for deletion of your goTalentOS profile. You will get a response within 30 days.
We keep only what we are legally required to keep — for example the records behind an engagement you were actually paid for.
Getting help
For specialists and for clients.
How do I contact the team?
Through the contact form — mention “Talent Network” and the role you are interested in so it reaches the right people.
I am a company looking for evaluated AI talent. Where do I start?
See the clients page or contact us with the role or the gap you need to fill — hourly, project or full-time.
Check your eligibility and fit first.
Send us your country, the roles you have in mind and a short note on your experience. We will tell you whether you are eligible and where you are likely to fit — before you do any identity check, agreement or payment setup.
