Contact and discovery form
When you submit our contact or discovery form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job role, industry, company size, service interest, current AI stage, and a free-text message. We also record which page you submitted the form from, along with any UTM campaign parameters present in the URL at the time.
Analytics and tracking
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may collect anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, click events, scroll depth, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies set by analytics providers to distinguish users across sessions and measure engagement. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites or for advertising purposes. You can control cookie behaviour through your browser settings.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored
Lead submissions from our contact form are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database. Supabase is a cloud database provider with infrastructure on AWS. Data is stored in the EU region unless otherwise configured. You can review Supabase's security practices at supabase.com/security.
When you submit a form, an email notification is sent to the GoMeasure AI team via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend may temporarily store the content of that notification in transit. You can review Resend's privacy policy at resend.com/privacy.
We do not store payment information. We do not use your data in AI model training.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to a service enquiry you have initiated — and with your implied consent, which you provide by submitting our contact form. You are not required to submit the form to use this website.
6. Data Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential client relationship, typically no longer than 24 months from the date of submission. After that period, data is reviewed and removed unless there is an active engagement requiring it to be retained longer.
