AI Infrastructure & LLMOps Engineer

About the Role

GoMeasure Platform runs goTalentOS — a specialised marketplace for AI workers, where engineers and domain experts don't only review and improve AI systems but also build and deploy them. We're looking for a AI Infrastructure & LLMOps Engineer to join this network on a flexible, contract basis. Run AI systems in production: serving, latency, cost and the telemetry that keeps them honest. You'll work remotely, pick up engagements matched to your expertise, and be paid hourly for work that ships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own model serving, inference infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Drive down latency and cost per request without degrading output quality.
• Build observability for AI workloads — traces, evals in production, drift signals.
• Automate rollout, rollback and capacity for model and prompt changes.
• Set the operational standards other engineers deploy against.

Required Qualifications

Domain Expertise

• Operated ML or LLM workloads in production, not just trained them.
• Strong infrastructure background: containers, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Track record of a measurable cost or latency reduction you can describe.

Ways of Working

• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote, engagement-based setup.
• Strong written communication — decisions and trade-offs are recorded, not just made.
• Able to hand work over cleanly: another engineer can pick it up from your documentation.
