About the Role
GoMeasure Platform is building goTalentOS — an AI talent network where domain experts review, evaluate, and improve AI systems. We're looking for a Copy & Brand Tone Reviewer to join this network on a flexible, contract basis. Review marketing copy, brand tone, clarity and persuasive quality. You'll work remotely, pick up tasks matched to your expertise, and be paid hourly for high-signal, high-impact review work that directly shapes model quality, safety, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Review marketing copy, brand tone, clarity and persuasive quality.
- Apply clear, consistent rubrics to score AI outputs and explain your judgement with concrete, cited evidence.
- Surface errors, risks, and edge cases the model misses, and document them clearly for the engineering team.
- Recommend improvements to prompts, evaluation criteria, and reference ("gold") answers.
- Calibrate with other reviewers so quality standards stay consistent across the network.
- Deliver review tasks reliably within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications
Domain Expertise
- Demonstrable, hands-on expertise relevant to a Copy & Brand Tone Reviewer — professional experience, credentials, or a strong portfolio.
- Ability to judge correctness, quality, and risk in your domain and clearly articulate *why*.
Ways of Working
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote, task-based setup.
- Strong written communication — your notes and rationale are the deliverable.
- Consistency and attention to detail when applying rubrics at scale.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming AI / LLM outputs.
- Familiarity with evaluation rubrics, benchmarks, or quality frameworks.
- Experience mentoring or calibrating other reviewers.
Engagement & Compensation
- Contract / gig engagement through the GoMeasure Platform talent network — fully remote.
- Hourly rate $25–$70 USD/hour, based on expertise and task complexity.
