How the campus talent network works — for students, for placement cells and for employers.

Candidates

Candidates — common questions

What does it cost?

Pricing is set per institution and per programme. If your college is working with GoMeasure, check with your placement cell before assuming you need to pay anything yourself.

Is this a guarantee of a job?

No. Qualifying puts a verified profile in front of employers hiring into your track. Whether an offer follows depends on employer demand, your performance and the employer's own process — none of which we control.

What is the qualification test?

One assessment per role track. It is built around real work rather than recall — what you can do, rather than what you claim, which is the point when you have no work history yet. The format is shared with you before you start.

Who sees my results?

You do, always. Your profile is shared with employers only after you qualify and only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. Where your institution is involved, your placement cell sees cohort-level readiness under its own policy.

What if I do not qualify?

You still get your readiness level per capability with the gaps named. That is the part most screening processes never give you.

Can I retake the test?

Yes — one attempt per track, with a retake available after one to two months. The wait is deliberate: retaking a week later mostly measures how well you remember the test. The gap is long enough that preparation against your reported gaps actually shows.

What is in the report?

Three layers, reported separately: capability (what you can do at your best), disposition (how you tend to work and the judgement you show), and alignment (what you want from work, read as fit rather than quality). There is no single composite number — that would hide the trade-off an employer needs to see.

Does my college have to be a partner?

The qualification test is the same wherever you study. Institutional partnerships change how results are reported to a placement cell, not whether you can take the test.

Campus

Campus — common questions

What does a placement cell get?

Batch readiness by student, role and cohort; a role-readiness matrix; individual gap profiles; and a drive preparation plan. The cohort report is the artefact most cells forward to their Dean.

How does onboarding work?

Upload the roster, students are assessed, you publish drives against the results, and outcomes are tracked against a defined baseline. Scope is agreed during pilot design.

What about student data and consent?

What is collected, who sees it and what employers can and cannot see are agreed with the institution before anything runs, and student evidence sharing follows institutional policy and appropriate consent.

Can we start small?

That is the recommended route — one cohort, agreed scope, measured against a baseline, then expand on what the evidence shows.

Companies

Companies — common questions

How are candidates qualified?

Against the role track you are hiring for — capability, evidence, communication and AI oversight, assessed from demonstrated work. You are not sent anyone who has not cleared the bar for that track.

What engagement models are there?

Gig (hourly or per task), a standing remote workforce (monthly bench), or full-time placement. The work decides, not the supply.

What coverage do you have?

55 entry-level role tracks across 14 domains, spanning software, data, applied AI, core engineering disciplines and business roles.

What do we actually see?

A shortlist where every score points to what the candidate did, with the interview, task and scenario records attached — rather than a stack of near-identical CVs.
