India is beginning to institutionalise agentic-AI skilling at national scale. NIELIT and Intel India launched two programs on 3 September — Agentic AI for Everyone and Engineering Agentic AI Systems — covering AI agents, workflow automation, multi-agent systems, orchestration and deployment.
More importantly, the initiative is positioned as an initial step toward the Indian government’s stated target of training one crore youth in AI within a year, with a larger program expected to include assessment and certification alongside training.
The strategic opportunity for GoMeasure is not competing with the training itself. It is becoming the independent measurement and verification layer around programs like these:
baseline → training → practical agentic task → evidence → proficiency → certification / readiness → re-measurement.
What this pushes us to prioritise: an Agentic AI Capability Framework — task decomposition, prompting / instruction design, tool selection, agent orchestration, output verification, human judgment, safety / governance, and real workflow execution.
